Stayed in Virginia Beach on a work project for 2 weeks. This was right next door to my hotel. The food was fantastic! Went there at least 4 times. Their pizza, wings, and sandwiches were amazing! The super pepp, Italian hoagie, and meatball hoagie were amazing. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

This was our 1st time eating at a Mellow Mushroom and we weren’t disappointed! The restaurant has a cool vibe and the food was excellent. We had to waiting a little bit to to be seated but that process was simple and they had a table for us quicker than anticipated when we put our name in. Our waitress Karin was great and spent time going over the menu highlights. The garlic parm wings are some of the best in can remember. All the pizzas were fantastic and my wife said it is the best gluten-free pizza crust she’s ever had and even asked if they sell the crusts. The food was fresh and we will certainly eat here again and seek out other locations while we travel.

It was crowded and the associate behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and unhappy. My order was rang incorrectly and she handled the situation wrong. A manager did finally show up. The manager was kind and professional. I forgot to take her photo. The food was pretty good. The price was fair. The wait wasn't terrible considering how crowded they were. The moment we entered the restaurant "Mellow Mushroom," the receptionist greeted us and was very professional. Once we were seated our waitress, Karin introduced herself, welcomed us to the restaurant and sat down at our booth with us. Karin went over the menu with us, explained some of the options in regards to customizing food options to meet our needs and made sure we had a great experience. When the food was served it was hot and made to perfection! The restaurant was a whole vibe! A++ Customer service!

An absolute gem just off the boardwalk—Mellow Mushroom is a must-visit! The range of creative pizza toppings is incredible, with the veggie pizza being a standout, and the loaded potato pizza was a huge hit. The spinach and artichoke dip was truly divine and the perfect starter to share. The place had a buzzing atmosphere—busy, vibrant, and full of energy—with friendly staff and perfectly cooked food. We’re so glad we discovered it and would highly recommend it!
